Updates & Exclusives

Queen Mama Co. pieces are handcrafted individually and in small batches. New styles will typically drop each month. If you are looking for a specific item that is no longer available, you may request a custom order.

Market Exclusives are pieces that are available first to a local market or pop-up, and then made available online in a limited quantity. Join the tribe to be notified about new designs, updates, pop-ups and local markets.

 

Orders

We want you to love your one of a kind handmade pieces. Once you place an order your pieces are always inspected to make sure they are suitable for shipping.

Please allow 1-4 business days to process your orders. You can check the status of your orders by logging into your account if you created one. Click on “My Orders” to view and track.

Custom orders [CURRENTLY CLOSED] require 1 to 2 weeks to process, are final sale and cannot be cancelled. Requests will be accommodated as often as possible.

 

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING  within the continental U.S. and Canada on all orders over $49. Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL International. Shipping insurance is provided with every package at no additional cost to you.

**USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. As a result please expect and plan for possible extended delivery times. We cannot provide further updates beyond tracking numbers and the date of delivery to the postal service. Your patience is greatly appreciated.**

International shipping is available to select countries. Separate shipping rates and duties may apply. International packages may be transferred to local postal services once they arrive in the destination country. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days. U.S. and Canadian deliveries typically occur within 4 to 10 business days. The buyer is responsible for return & exchange shipping. Please reach out prior to initiating an exchange. If a delivery cannot be made to your country for any reason you will be notified and issued a full refund.

  

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry items may not be returned for refunds at this time. Exchanges of unworn, undamaged apparel and accessories will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
